Please read this document carefully before using the 42600 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms

The 42600 platform is intended for online entertainment purposes only and is accessible solely to individuals aged 18 and above. Accounts found to belong to users under this minimum age will be terminated immediately with no refunds issued.
Account Registration & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 42600 platform at any given time. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or payment details is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. 42600 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of your identification card, utility bills, or other supporting documents to meet compliance requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact our support team immediately.
- Password must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of letters and numbers.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out after every session, especially on shared devices.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available for added security.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 42600 platform agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games or platform systems.
- Engaging in fraud, misconduct, or any malicious activity against the platform or other users.
- Using another person's account or impersonating someone else while using the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt 42600's technical infrastructure.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activities.
- Distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through the platform's communication channels.
Any violation of the above rules will result in immediate action, which may include account suspension, permanent closure, and/or reporting to the relevant authorities. 42600 reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Liability Limits
All financial transactions on the 42600 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits are made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other online banking options available at the time. The list of supported payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate and that the payment account name matches the registered 42600 account information. Deposits that fail to process due to incorrect details may require additional time to resolve, and 42600 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from such delays.
Regarding liability limits, 42600 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activity, technical service disruptions, or internet connectivity issues on the user's end. Users acknowledge that all betting activity carries financial risk and that they are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

Account Suspension & Closure
42600 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to submit requested identity verification documents, or a request by the user themselves. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Users whose accounts are closed for personal reasons (not due to a violation) are eligible to request a withdrawal of their remaining balance.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, text, and visual elements on the 42600 platform are the exclusive property of 42600 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 42600.
Third-Party Links
The 42600 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 42600 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
42600 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
